We begin with a website consultation session to gather all requirements of your website and to share with you our insights and ideas to take your concept to the next level

Planning

Project Planning

The most important phase of the project. Based on the requirements gathered in the meeting, we will plan out every aspect of the website
Designs are conceptualized and drafts are produced for your approval
Competition analysis of your competitors' website
Technical prototyping and feasibility studies
You will receive a detailed project plan that covers all the aspects of your website

Project Contract

For your protection and ours we provide you with a simple contract conveying what we are expected to produce and the payment terms.
During this phase you look over the contract, make any changes and ask us any questions if you are unclear on anything.
We want you to ask questions at this point, because we don't want any confusion down the road.

The contract will be designed to prevent any confusion on your part or ours. We want every job we work on to have the goals and expectations clearly defined, and understood.

Development

Website Development & Presentation

After your approval of the project contract, we will put everything into action!
Website CMS is set up on our demo server
Design is implemented as template into the website
You get the web address to check on your websites daily progress
Contents are uploaded into the CMS
Web standards and rigorous QA testing with client's feedbacks
At the end of this phase, your website will be completed and ready to launch

Launch

Launching Your Website

The website is ready to launch!
At this point you decide where and when you would like to train. We can keep your site on our demo server and provide training there or
We upload your website to your server
Final QA and testing
At the end of this phase, your website is launched and you can start advertising it your customers

Training

Professional CMS Training

The website is launched and visitors are coming in. You can maintain the website by yourself by updating the contents so that your visitors will keep coming back
Training session is conducted for you so that you can use the CMS to the fullest
PDF Manuals are provided as well as online tutorials
After this phase, you will be able to maintain the website. Don't worry if you forget anything, we will provide ongoing support
